Step 01 · Intro call

What happens

  • A short call about your business and what’s prompting the AI question
  • We start the assessment here — what you run, where the friction is

Step 02 · Proposal

We put two clear paths in writing.

What happens

  • A short written proposal — the Discovery Sprint, and how far you take it
  • Two paths: the sprint alone, or the sprint plus a Foundation Retainer
  • You choose the level of support that fits

Step 03 · Engagement letter

Scope, deliverables, and fees in two or three pages.

What happens

  • A brief engagement letter confirms scope and deliverables
  • Fixed fees, agreed before any work begins
  • Sprint kickoff scheduled within two to three weeks — around your month-end close

Step 04 · Discovery Sprint

Three weeks of real work that ends in a documented plan.

What happens

  • Week 1 — interviews across your offices and the lunch and learn
  • Week 2 — use cases modeled, vendors scored against a scorecard
  • Week 3 — governance, roadmap, and findings presented to leadership

Step 05 · Foundation Retainer

We stay on and implement — if you want us to.

What happens

  • We own the rollout the roadmap calls for
  • Monthly advisory, office hours, and quarterly leadership reviews
  • Month-to-month after a three-month minimum

Scope

What we don’t do.

A tight scope is how we do good work. We say no to plenty so we can say yes to the engagements we are right for. A short list of what we turn down:

  • Standalone ChatGPT user training sold on its own.
  • Reselling software, or taking a vendor commission we haven’t disclosed to you.
  • Regulated-industry workflows we don’t understand — healthcare PHI, FINRA-regulated, defense.
  • Generalist management consulting outside the AI scope.
