We don’t have a menu. We have a foundation — a three-week Discovery Sprint — and a way to keep going — a monthly Foundation Retainer. If neither fits, we’ll say so.

Discovery Sprint
Three weeks. Every engagement starts here. You leave with a documented plan you can run — with us or without us.
What this is
A three-week engagement across your team and offices. We learn how the business actually runs, model where AI earns its keep, and deliver a plan your leadership can act on the day we finish.

How we charge
A fixed-scope engagement, quoted up front. One agreed fee before we start — no hourly meter, no surprises.

Every document is yours to keep and execute, whether or not you continue with us.
Tier 2
Foundation Retainer
The sprint sets the direction. The retainer makes it happen — hands-on, through the critical first months.
What this is
A monthly retainer that picks up where the sprint leaves off. We own the implementation — vendors, training, automations, and governance — reviewed with your leadership on a set cadence.
What you get

How we charge
A flat monthly retainer with a three-month minimum. Scale it up or down as needs change; no long-term lock-in.
Term
Three-month minimum, then month-to-month with thirty days’ notice.

Will you do my ChatGPT training?
Standalone tool training isn’t a service we sell on its own — but team training is built into the sprint’s lunch and learn and the retainer’s AI Champion program.
Do you take regulated-industry work?
Often, yes — one of us spends his days building compliant systems in audited environments. Where a workflow is governed by rules we don’t deeply understand, we’ll tell you and refer you out.
Can we go straight to the retainer?
No. Every engagement starts with the Discovery Sprint. The retainer implements what the sprint surfaces — without it we’d be guessing.
Do you resell software or take vendor commissions?
We don’t resell software, and we never take a commission we haven’t disclosed to you. Where we have a referral arrangement with a partnered vendor, we tell you up front — and if you keep us on as a Foundation Retainer, that referral credits back to your retainer.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Ours is one page. Ask for it on the contact page and we’ll send it before we talk.
